High Atlas Grey Geometric Flatweave Runner

Curatorial note

A long and finely woven High Atlas flatweave runner in a restrained two-tone palette of warm grey and ivory. The composition unfolds in horizontal registers of escalating geometric density: narrow stripe bands alternate with broad panels carrying nested diamond medallions, cross-rosette grids, eight-pointed stars and interlocking geometric tiles — each panel distinct, no two identical. The overall effect is architectural and meditative, the grey-on-ivory palette throwing the precision of the geometry into sharp relief. A beautiful example of High Atlas flatweave at its most refined. Vintage and one of a kind.
